Service Description

Communicate easily with foreign residents regarding pension, taxes, health insurance, etc. To avoid miscommunications, please state the topics and information that will need to be known upon booking. You may be asked to provide a list of vocabulary words to aid in preparation. *Transportation cost not included* **¥3000 surcharge for each additional 30 minutes after 4 hours**

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. **For services that require deposits, reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours beforehand. If cancelled 24-48 hours beforehand, only 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed. Deposits for reservations canceled less than 24 hours beforehand are not eligible for reimbursement. Please keep this in mind when booking.
